There are restaurants you discover once you move somewhere. Then there are restaurants that somehow become part of the story of how you got there. For us, Ford’s Garage falls into the second category. When we first arrived in Florida from Maryland, it was Susan, Peter, Apollo and Kaya making the long trip south. We landed in St. Augustine tired, hungry and ready to begin a completely new chapter of our lives. One of the first restaurants we visited was Ford’s Garage next to Bozard Ford.
