Ice Plant Bar in St. Augustine offers one of the city's most distinctive dining environments. Located beside the St. Augustine Distillery inside a historic industrial building, it combines exposed brick, towering windows, preserved architectural details, farm-to-table food, and a respected craft cocktail program. During our visit, the fish sandwich was properly prepared and generously portioned, while the crisp, flavorful truffle fries became the food standout. Service was attentive and professional.
